Initial implementation on the tracking of what people (Members) do in the Private Zone\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
Implemented Timezones: a timezone can be established in an organization to improve all the functionalities based on their time. It can also be specified on events\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
New changes on gender: it is now possible to add a custom gender for people subscribed in the organization\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
Ticketing map: it will now display the name of the seat when an user assigns them in the occupancy map<\/span><\/li>\n
Earnings stats on Events it will now display stripe and BerrlyPay tickets\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
Users: now it’s possible to add again an User that was previously deleted<\/span><\/li>\n
LabsMobile service webhook: it’ll now change the SMS status to sent or not once the request is received<\/span><\/li>\n

Attendances: adding the situation of an attendance depending on its status<\/span><\/li>\n

Us expliquem qu\u00e8 volen dir cadascuna d\u2019aquestes millores:<\/h1>\n
1. Initial implementation on the tracking of what people (Members) do in the Private Zone\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Aquest sistema de tracking<\/em> inicial, \u00e9s una millora que permetr\u00e0 observar i recopilar dades del comportament de les persones que pertanyen a la organitzaci\u00f3. Amb la implementaci\u00f3 d’aquest sistema, s’obre un nou horitz\u00f3 a Berrly que en el futur esdevindr\u00e0 clau per a integrar un sistema de gamificaci\u00f3<\/em>, amb la intenci\u00f3 de recompensar les persones en base a fites i par\u00e0metres concrets establerts per cada organitzaci\u00f3. Aquest sistema tamb\u00e9 permetr\u00e0 analitzar molt m\u00e9s profundament el comportament de les persones i treballar en algorismes intel\u00b7ligents, machine learning<\/em> i permetr\u00e0 calcular previsions en el comportament de les mateixes.<\/p>\n

Amb la nova implementaci\u00f3 de les \u201cTimezones\u201d o zones hor\u00e0ries, permet a les organitzacions treballar de manera \u00f2ptima, independentment de la seva ubicaci\u00f3 geogr\u00e0fica (America, Asia Pacific, Europe or Middle East). Ara les organitzacions podran configurar la zona hor\u00e0ria dels seus esdeveniments tot facilitant la comunicaci\u00f3 entre la organitzaci\u00f3 i les persones , la qual cosa ajuda a evitar confusions. \u00c9s una funci\u00f3 ideal per a aquelles organitzacions que compten amb persones en diferents punts geogr\u00e0fics al m\u00f3n, tot afavorint i enfortint el comprom\u00eds.<\/p>\nBerrly – Timezone y Zona Horaria<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Les organitzacions poden configurar el camp de g\u00e8nere amb diferents opcions perqu\u00e8 les persones que hi formin part, puguin accedir a la seva zona privada i puguin triar la opci\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere amb qu\u00e8 se sentin m\u00e9s identificades. Amb aquesta actualitzaci\u00f3 contribu\u00efm a un disseny m\u00e9s inclusiu, tot normalitzant la diversitat i la identitat de g\u00e8nere, ajudem a crear una consci\u00e8ncia col\u00b7lectiva m\u00e9s aliniada amb els nostres principis i valors, amb la finalitat de no deixar cap persona enrere i per a afavorir un teixit social m\u00e9s obert i horitzontal.<\/p>\n

A l’apartat d’acc\u00e9s des del dashboard<\/em> d’administraci\u00f3 de Berrly, a l’hora d’assignar un seient a una persona, es mostra el nom del seient (i refer\u00e8ncia) que s’est\u00e0 assignant.<\/p>\n
5. Earnings stats on Events it will now display stripe and berrlypay tickets\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Quan s’accedeix a les estad\u00edstiques d’un esdeveniment, en el moment de calcular els beneficis i el marges de contribuci\u00f3 no s’estaven tenint en compte tots els m\u00e8todes de pagament, inclosos BerrlyPay i Stripe. Ara s\u00ed que s’hi inclouen i el recompte \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s ajustat a la realitat del balan\u00e7 final.<\/p>\n
6. Users: Now it’s possible to add again a User that was previously deleted<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Abans quan s’afegia un usuari que ja existia a la base de dades, i que s’havia esborrat, no es podia tornar a afegir si el correu de l’usuari constava a la base de dades, perqu\u00e8 aquest correu funciona com a identificador \u00fanic per a cada usuari. Ara ja s’hi pot tornar a afegir.<\/p>\n
7. Labsmobile service webhook: It will now change the SMS status to sent or not once the request is received<\/strong><\/h3>\n
A l’hora de fer un enviament d’SMS amb LabsMobile, ara es notifica a Berrly si aquest enviament s’ha realitzat correctament o hi ha hagut algun problema. Aquesta informaci\u00f3 la guardem a Berrly per a poder fer auditories m\u00e9s tard si es requereix per part de la organitzaci\u00f3 que ha fet l’enviament.<\/p>\n
8.\u00a0Tags: now it’s possible to add special characters on the tag name\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Hem introduit una millor que consisteix en habilitar el sistema per a poder afegir car\u00e0cters especials al nom de les etiquetes. Abans, per exemple, no es podria haver afegit une etiqueta de tipus “Obert 24\/7”, ara s\u00ed.<\/p>\n
9. <\/strong>Attendances: Adding the situation of an attendance depending on its status<\/strong><\/h3>\n
A partir d’ara donem m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre l’estat de les entrades i les llistes d’assist\u00e8ncia als esdeveniments creats des de Berrly. Amb aquesta nova actualtizaci\u00f3 ara es pot saber si una entrada \u00e9s v\u00e0lida, si s’ha cancel\u00b7lat o transferit a una altra persona, si s’ha reemborsat, etc.<\/p>\n
10.\u00a0<\/strong>Debts: Internally improved how debts are created from a recurrent debt<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n
Aquesta millora aplica a l’apartat de cobrament de deutes online a trav\u00e9s de Berrly. Estem treballant un una funcionalitat molt potent que canviar\u00e0 tot el concepte de cobrament de deutes recurrents, permetent aplicar un sistema de suscripcions amb targeta de cr\u00e8dit. Aquest petit roll-out<\/em> \u00e9s una millora interna per a preparar el cam\u00ed i fer un deployment<\/em> m\u00e9s exhaustiu els propers mesos que millorar\u00e0 tant l’experi\u00e8ncia de les organitzacions com de les persones que hi formen part a l’hora de pagar i cobrar les quotes recurrents.<\/p>\n
A m\u00e9s d’aquestes millores, tamb\u00e9 hem arreglat una bona quantitat de bugs i hem aplicat alguns petits canvis de menys rellev\u00e0ncia.<\/h3>\n
