Nueva actualización del sistema con fecha viernes 13 de mayo de 2022, efectiva desde el pasado lunes día 2!
Mejoras en el Release #36 de Berrly:
Features and improvements in Berrly Release #36:
- Implemented BerrlyPay system
- Implemented LabsMobile SMS service
- Improved surveys: now it will check if all required fields are validated correctly when creating a new survery
- Improvement on attendance export: added an «all» option on the field selector and supplements, discounts and final amount when exporting attendances
- Improvement on the API: now it’s possible to filter members by type
- Improvement on communication emails: now it’s possible to hide sent emails on both the App and Member Zone
- Improvements on duplicate member view: added an icon that shows which member has downloaded the App (if they organization has an App)
- Visual improvement on event: when creating tickets of an event that is not public, it will not display «PUBLIC» and «ALL» anymore on the visibility selector
Bugfixes in Berrly Release #36:
- Fixed an error where it would not save a member’s followup after editing it
- Fixed an error where the subscription date of a member was not being saved under certain circumstances
- Fixed an error where the duplicated member was not being displayed
- Fixed an error where it was displaying disabled seats when buying tickets
- Fixed an error where the route to download tickets was wrong
- Fixed a routing domain error when viewing the member attendances from Berrly
- Fixed a visual error where the PayPal payment was displaying in a wrong category in the preview member form on the member zone
- Fixed a visual bug where the fields that are read-only on the member-zone were not displayed as such
- Fixed a bug where the seat was not displayed as enabled if someone canceled their ticket
- An issue where validating a NIE was returning that is invalid has been resolved
- An issue where creating massive donations certificate would not create it has been resolved
- An issue where the document manager’s tag could not be removed has been resolved
- An issue where the national id number was not being displayed when there was an update validation of a member has been resolved
- An issue where it was not possible to create an event ticket in the same sector if there was one deleted has been resolved
- An issue where saving the attendance in the API would give an error has been resolved
- An issue where calculating the next date of a recurrent batch was giving an error has been resolved
- An issue where the seats were not blocked correctly on Berrly has been resolved
- An issue where an member of type Event was deleted when deleting an attendance has been resolved
Other minor fixes in Berrly Release #36:
- Some other minor QoL improvements on duplicate members: open view member on a new window, hide unsubscribed members, display date & time downloaded app…
- Started to implement the member tracking system (still on process, this will take some time)
- Changed the translation when registering a new member that already has the email saved in the same organization
- Visual improvement to the login view on mobile
- Changed Berrly logo from PNG to SVG
- Recovered some other missing translations (many PRs and cards)
Os explicamos en detalle qué quieren decir cada una de estas mejoras:
1. Implemented BerrlyPay system
Esta mejora es un punto de inflexión en Berrly. Hemos implementado nuestra propia pasarela de pago. Es un nuevo módulo de Berrly que hemos desarrollado internamente para uso propio, aunque funciona de manera independiente a nuestro SaaS. Esto hace que mejore muchísimo la seguridad de todas las transacciones que se realicen a partir de ahora en Berrly, porque tendrán lugar en un servidor dedicado con medidas de seguridad extraordinarias, y no estarán vinculadas a otros elementos transaccionales que ocurran dentro del SaaS. Por tanto, las operaciones financieras a partir de ahora son mucho más seguras en Berrly.
2. Implemented LabsMobile SMS service
Hemos cambiado el proveedor para el envío de mensajes masivos de SMS. Esto, junto con una mejora que se implementó recientemente en que se calcula de manera estimada el coste de envío masivo de SMS, mejora mucho este servicio.
3. Improved surveys: now it will check if all required fields are validated correctly when creating a new survey
Se ha implementado una mejora que valida que todos los campos requeridos hayan sido debidamente cumplimentados durante la creación de encuestas a medida para los socios.
4. Improvement on attendance export: added an «all» option on the field selector and supplements, discounts and final amount when exporting attendances
Se ha añadido la opción de añadir «todos los campos», «suplementos» y «descuentos» en el momento de seleccionar qué elementos se quieren exportar de las listas de asistencia a eventos y a actividades del calendario.
5. Improvement on the API: now it’s possible to filter members by type
Hemos añadido la opción de la API para desarrolladores para que los socio se s puedan filtrar por «tipos de socios».
6. Improvement on communication emails: now it’s possible to hide sent emails on both the App and Member Zone
Ahora es posible esconder los correos electrónicos que hayan sido marcados como «Enviados», tanto desde la App móvil de Berrly como desde la Zona Privada de socios.
7. Improvements on duplicate member view: added an icon that shows which member has downloaded the App (if they organization has an App)
Se ha añadido una opción para ver, en el listado de socios, cuáles de estos usuarios han descargado la App móvil de la organización (esto aplica siempre y cuando la organización haya contratado el desarrollo de la App móvil de Berry). En caso que los usuarios hayan descargado la App, aparecerán marcados con icono en la lista de socios.
8. Visual improvement on event: when creating tickets of an event that is not public, it will not display «PUBLIC» and «ALL» anymore on the visibility selector
Se ha mejorado la pantalla de creación de eventos para que cuando se cree un evento que no sea por defecto abierto al público, automáticamente se deshabiliten las opciones de mostrar este evento a «público abierto» y/o a «todos».
Además de todas estas mejoras, se han arreglado más de 18 errores menores que afectaban al funcionamiento correcto de Berrly. También hemos empezado a desarrollar el sistema de tracking para los socios de las organizaciones. Este sistema permitirá gran flexibilidad en el futuro para poder medir el comportamiento de los usuarios dentro de cada organización y, en base a esto, establecer triggers condicionales e implementar otros sistemas (cartera propia, gamificación, etc.).
